By using the Alshamela GO app you agree to the following:

  1. Accounts are reserved for approved Alshamela Group customers after manual review.
  2. Tracking and statement data are shown as recorded in the company system and may lag real time by a few minutes.
  3. Statements issued from the app are official documents unless the customer is notified otherwise.
  4. Disputes on any ledger entry must be reported within 14 days of its date.
